Where does your order ship from?

Most orders placed within the US will be shipped from the facilities in the US*.
For international orders, in Canada, Australia, Europe, and more to ensure you can get your order shipped from the facilities within your country (or the nearest facilities).

Moreover, we have printing facilities in Asian countries such as Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and China for some specialized products or for items that are out of stock in the US and European countries.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

To estimate when you can expect your order, kindly consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date applied in Regular seasons:

After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will go into the handling process and this process often takes 2 – 7 days depending on which product you purchase.

– Transit Time:

After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. For orders outside the US, if there is no printing facility located near your country, we will place the order at our printing facilities in Asia. The estimated total production and shipping time is around 15-25 business days. However, the actual time is often shorter due to our optimized shipping methods. In case of any delay, we will promptly inform you through communication channels such as notes or emails.

Why is my tracking information not working?

Please note that tracking information updates once the order ships and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier.

If you placed your order over 21 days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support.
